CTO Learning Labs is a free online platform offering certification, education, and training for destination management organizations, hospitality staff, students, and tourism professionals. The platform helps ensure every visitor to Colorado feels welcomed, cared for, and inspired to return.
Destination Learning Labs
Eligible DMOs can apply to create their own destination-branded Learning Lab, supported by a CTO consultant. These Labs equip frontline workers with Colorado-specific knowledge and hospitality skills to deliver positive resident and visitor experiences.
