The Inclusivity in Travel Coalition is a statewide network convened by the Colorado Tourism Office (CTO) to ensure Colorado is a welcoming, accessible, and affirming destination for all travelers.

Rooted in the 2020 Inclusivity in Travel Advisory Group’s charter for action, the Coalition builds on its recommendations to invite diverse travelers, address barriers to visitation, and foster safe, authentic experiences for historically underrepresented communities.

By bringing together destinations, industry groups, nonprofits, accessibility advocates, and community leaders, the Coalition helps weave diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) into Colorado’s tourism brand and visitor experience. Members collaborate to share best practices, co-create resources, and support initiatives that celebrate the state’s rich diversity of backgrounds, perspectives, and abilities. Through this collective effort, the Coalition strengthens the implementation of Colorado’s Statewide Destination Stewardship Strategic Plan and reinforces tourism’s role as a force for good, driving belonging, accessibility, and community well-being.

By joining, organizations gain access to research insights, marketing tools, educational resources, networking opportunities, and statewide initiatives that put inclusivity into practice. Click here to complete an application form and join the Coalition.
