The Colorado Green Business Network (CGBN) is a free, voluntary program managed by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) that supports and recognizes organizations working to minimize their environmental impact. Through a partnership with the Colorado Tourism Office (CTO), the program is being expanded to engage tourism businesses and highlight those that lead the way in sustainability.
By joining the CGBN, tourism businesses gain access to expert guidance, peer learning opportunities, and public recognition for their environmental achievements. Members receive tailored resources to reduce waste, conserve water and energy, cut greenhouse gas emissions, and promote sustainable practices that support both community well-being and destination stewardship. CTO helps amplify these businesses through statewide marketing, showcasing them as leaders in responsible tourism. Click here to complete an application form and join the Network.
